88 Stitches Mission
Our mission is to level the playing field so that every aspiring softball player, no matter their financial means, has the opportunity to receive 1 on 1 private coaching.
How The Program Works
We recruited some of Austin’s premier pitching and hitting coaches who are excited to provide private lessons at a discounted rate of $15-$20 per lesson to deserving softball players like you.
How To Qualify For The Program
We are looking for amazing players like you who could benefit from private coaching. We will select players based on the following criteria: 1) Playing softball for more than one year 2) Family gross annual income is at or under $100,000/year 3) Current coach recommendation letter that highlights your potential and how private coaching would help 4) Personal evaluation by 88 Stitches
Founder Story
Hi! I’m Sonia and I am a pitcher and shortstop. I am so fortunate that today I am a member of the Westlake High School Varsity softball program and a member of the Texas Glory 16u South travel team. I would not be where I am today without incredible coaches who believed in me, pushed me, and yes, even now deliver tough messages that keep me humble and grounded. If I could give even just one more player the benefit of these extraordinary coaches, I would feel that I have paid forward the gift that I have been given. Softball is my passion!
